This site takes its name after Pete Yorn’s debut album – “musicforthemorningafter”. I’ve always loved that cd, and it seemed a fitting name for this music blog.
Initially I was going to call it “All the bands I’ve loved”, because basically that’s what this site is about. But I realised it just doesn’t sound nice or catchy enough for a blog title.
My other music blog, Mod-ified Music, concentrates on Sixties pop. I started this one to focus on music I love from other genres/periods.
